Dalam pengajuan itu Terra Drone juga menyatakan belasungkawa kepada keluarga korban yang meninggal dunia.Selain itu perusahaan juga menyatakan permintaan maaf terhadap semua pihak yang terdampak.
“We express our deepest condolences to the families of the victims who died and pray that their souls will rest in peace. We also sincerely hope that the injured victims can make a full recovery soon,” said Terra Drone.

“Kami dengan tulus meminta maaf atas kekhawatiran dan ketidaknyamanan yang ditimbulkan kepada banyak pihak, termasuk warga sekitar,” lanjutnya.
According to the company’s announcement, the fire that occurred on Tuesday (9/12) midday at the Terra Drone Indonesia building located in Cempaka Baru, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta was likely caused by a battery fire.
“Flame from the battery is considered as one possible cause,” the company said.
Terra Drone said it was still investigating details such as the country of origin of the battery that started the fire.
Sebelumnya kepolisian juga sudah menjelaskan soal dugaan api berawal dari sebuah baterai drone yang terbakar di lantai 1 gedung tersebut.
“From the information above, it’s only temporary because the battery, yes, the battery from the drone caught fire. However, because of the fire, currently the laboratory team is still working,” said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Susatyo Purnomo Condro to reporters.
The DKI Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) recorded a total of 76 victims in the incident.Of that number, 54 victims survived and 22 victims died.

This Japanese company entered Indonesia after acquiring PT Aero Geosurvey Indonesia in 2019.
In Indonesia, the company reported revenue of about 1.12 billion yen (US$7.1 million) in the fiscal year ending in January, nearly double the previous fiscal year and making Indonesia its second-largest market after Japan with revenue of 1.94 billion yen.
According to Terra Drone’s latest financial report, as of January this year, Terra Drone Indonesia had 398 employees.
