We hope that this award will become a new spirit to continue to shine the light of good, accurate and quality information in society,” said Fifi in his speech at the Closing of the KIM Festival and Competition, Tangerang City, Banten, Saturday evening (15/11).
According to Fifi, KIM is important for determining the direction of the quality of public spaces, which is also one of President Prabowo Subianto’s priority programs.
Therefore, the KIM Festival and Competition is present as Komdigi’s appreciation to all KIM Members who are a bridge of information for the community from village, sub-district, to big cities throughout Indonesia.
“Alhamdulillah, thank God, mothers, fathers. Tonight, we have reached the peak of the Community Information Community Festival series. Hopefully this series of events will bring benefits to all of us,” said Fifi, Saturday evening (15/11).

Moreover, Internet Service Providers Association data for 2025 notes that Indonesia’s internet penetration has reached 80%.
This means that around 229 million Indonesians can use the internet. But behind that figure, 48% of its users are children under 18 years of age.
“Our children are growing up as a digital generation, smart, creative and adaptive. But at the same time, they are also a group that is vulnerable to the risks that exist in the digital world,” he said.
“To answer this challenge, President Prabowo Subianto has launched PP Tunas. This is a regulation to create a safe digital space for children and teenagers,” he added.
For information, PP Tunas is Government Regulation Number 17 of 2025 concerning Governance of the Implementation of Electronic Systems in Child Protection. This policy provides a safe environment for minors from dangerous content on various social media platforms, videos and online games. (das)
