Instagram Launches the Repost feature, more like tiktok

Launched a number of new features on their platform, which at first glance makes it similar to its competitors, Tiktok.Check out the latest Instagram features.
In an announcement on its official page, Instagram announced that the new features include Repost and Instagram MAP.
“Today, we launched several new features to help you better connect with your friends on Instagram,” Instagram said on its official page, Thursday (7/8).

The second feature that was also launched by Instagram was to share the location, inspired by Snapchat.This feature allows users to add location maps that can be activated optionally as needed and desires.
This map displays the last active location of friends who have activated this feature and also displays content from certain locations, such as music festivals.
The user’s location will be updated every time he access Instagram, if the application is running in the background.Users can turn off the location at any time.
This feature also allows parents to supervise their teenagers.With this feature, parents have control over the experience of sharing the location of their children.
Parents will receive notifications if their teenage children start sharing their locations, giving the opportunity to discuss how to share locations safely with friends.
Parents can also decide whether your teenagers have access to share locations on the map and see with whom the children share their locations.

The last feature launched by Instagram is the new Tab Friends.During this time, when accessing reels content, the screen display only brings up the content of friendly friends, creators that are followed, to recommendations for other account content from the algorithm.
With this new tab, the user’s screen display will contain a row of preferred content, interaction, and commented on by friends on Instagram.
This Friends tab feature is only available for users in the United States.However, Instagram promises that this feature will soon be released globally in the future.
