launched the latest generation of Legion laptops in Indonesia on Thursday (6/8).The 10th generation of this gaming laptop consists of Legion 5i, Legion 7i, Legion Pro 5i and Legion Pro 7i.
All Legion Gen 10 models are powered by Intel Core Ultra Gen 2 HX series.The engine is also combined with the latest GPU RTX 50 series.
“So for Legion Gen 10 there are several excellent features. First, about performance. We have used the second generation Ultra Core CPU the latest HX series. Of course, with the most recent graphics alloy too, GPU RTX series 50,” said Hendry Lim, Consumer Product Manager Lenovo Indonesia, in a launch event in Jakarta, Wednesday (8/6).
In addition to the engine and GPU, the Legion Gene 10 is also equipped with the Coldfront Legion Cooling System, OLED screen and precise and responsive Legion Truestrike keyboard.
In the Pro variant, there are two choices, namely Lenovo Legion Pro 7i (16 “, 10) and Legion Pro 5i (16”, 10) which are powered up to the Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX and up to the GPU Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090.
Armed with the configuration, both of these laptops can handle extreme workloads, such as running AAA games with low latency, video rendering, to 3D simulations and real-time encoding while maintaining power efficiency.
The Lenovo Legion Pro series is claimed to be an assisting with the presence of the Coldfront Legion Innovation.Now, the laptop variant is equipped with the Coldfront Vapor Chamber and Hyper Chamber Legion Cooling System.
The system combines a turbocharged fan and a large 3D copper hot pipe in a separate space above the processor, which is isolated from other components, making it efficient to keep the heat flow from the laptop body.
The presence of this cooling system architecture allows extreme overclocking in the Lenovo Legion Pro series with the Intel Core Ultra HX series processor.
Lenovo Legion Pro 7i equipped with the Coldfront Vapor Legion with Hyper Chamber technology produces TDP up to 250W, while Lenovo Legion Pro 5i and Lenovo Legion Pro 5 allows TDP up to 200W.
On the screen, this laptop carries an OLED screen resolution of WQXGA 16:10 with a refresh rate of up to 240Hz, bright 500 Nits, and response time <0.5ms.This screen features visual games with brilliant colors, contrast in a jet black blessing and has been certified Vesa True Black 1000.
Meanwhile, the non-PRO variant presents Legion 5i and Legion 7i which also carries the second generation Ultra HX Intel Core processor and up to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070.
Legion 5i carries an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX and GPU to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070. On the screen, this laptop carries a 15.1-inch screen 16:10 WQXGA, 500 NITS brightness, 165Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage.
Meanwhile, Legion 7i comes with a 16 -inch metal screen carrying a 10 percent body thinner and 7 percent lighter than the previous generation.
Both of these laptops are claimed to remain cold and be more quiet up to 7DB thanks to Coldfront Hyper technology that can support up to 145W TDP.
