“Strengthening the Public Service Mall continues to show real progress in providing more concise, transparent and integrated government services, in line with the national GovTech direction and public service reform across ministries, institutions and regional governments,” said Meutya.
According to Meutya, MPP shows the integration of various strategic services, including health services, licensing and population administration into a service ecosystem that is increasingly modern and responsive to community needs.
He added that the Ministry of Communication and Technology is also encouraging the strengthening of Digitalent Mobile as a device-based digital talent learning platform.
“This initiative strengthens the digital human resource readiness of the apparatus and community, as the main foundation for the successful transformation of public services, including at the Public Service Mall,” he said.
Furthermore, Meutya also expressed her appreciation for the OPSI KIPP 2025 award. For her, award recipients from ministries, institutions and regional governments have presented public service innovations with real impacts.
These innovations are considered to be examples of good practice in encouraging the acceleration of digital-based public service transformation in various regions.
“Through this award, MPP shows the strength of central and regional collaboration in uniting various services in one service ecosystem, strengthening the principle of no wrong door policy and increasing public trust in an increasingly modern and responsive bureaucracy,” said Meutya.
The Ministry of Communication and Technology ensures that it will continue to support the development of Public Service Malls through strengthening digital infrastructure, integrating government services based on Electronic Government Systems, as well as data protection and cyber security which is a manifestation of its ongoing commitment.
