Eka Nilam, President Director of ShopeePay Indonesia, said that ShopeePay doesn’t just stop at making transactions easy.They continue to provide features that are relevant to current user needs.

“Of course we are not only here as a digital payment provider who wants to provide convenience to users, we also always continue to innovate,” said Eka at the Media Gathering event, Thursday (6/11).
The goal is for customers to experience digital payments that become more practical and efficient in their daily lives.
ShopeePay presents the latest innovations, namely QRIS Tap and QRIS Cross-Border, which allow users to make payments while abroad, using the same balance as when making transactions domestically.
“So, ShopeePay users from now on when they go abroad can pay using ShopeePay,” he said.
Eka said this service can already be used in a number of countries, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea and Japan.
“We are already in several countries, in Singapore, in Malaysia, in Thailand, in Japan, and soon we will also be able to use it in Korea.
Meanwhile, QRIS Tap is specifically designed for daily mobility, for TransJakarta, KRL or LRT users.Now customers can make payments with ShopeePay.
With this series of innovations, ShopeePay confirms its commitment to always be part of users’ daily lives, from travel, shopping, to activities at home and abroad.
